This Purchase Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and transactions work when you purchase access to VNOX Media (“VNOX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) managed advertising account services. This Purchase Policy should be read together with our Service Agreement and Refunds Policy.

1. What You’re Purchasing

VNOX offers managed advertising account access as a monthly subscription fee, plus a daily fee determined by the spend made from the connected account, based on commission rates tied to spending thresholds (each, a “Purchase”). A description of the features included in any given Purchase is made available through our website or during onboarding.

2. Payment Information

When you complete a Purchase (a “Transaction”), we may ask you to provide payment-related details such as your bank account information, card details, cryptocurrency wallet address, name, and billing address (“Payment Information”). VNOX does not store or process raw Payment Information directly — each Transaction is handled through fully licensed third-party payment service providers, who tokenize and secure this information in line with PCI DSS industry security standards.

You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. By initiating a Transaction, you authorize VNOX to share your Payment Information with our payment partners so the Transaction can be completed, and you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees and any related taxes;
• Allow VNOX, via its payment partners, to charge your card or payment account for verification, pre-authorization, and payment purposes;
• Bear any additional charges levied by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in connection with your order.

Your order is not binding on VNOX until it has been accepted and confirmed by us.

3. Fees, Set-Off, and Overdue Amounts

The monthly price and daily commission rate published on our website form an integral part of this Purchase Policy. VNOX reserves the right to set off, adjust, or apply any payments due to or from your account. Where an amount remains overdue, VNOX may suspend or terminate the relevant Service until payment is received.

Payment is generally required before your Service is activated. At VNOX’s discretion, a delay in settling an invoice by its due date may result in an additional charge of up to 1.5% per month on the overdue amount.

4. Disputing a Charge

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first so we can review and resolve the matter directly. We ask that you do not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or payment provider before making a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue with VNOX — see our Refunds Policy for more on how refund requests are handled.

5. Order Verification and Cancellation by VNOX

VNOX reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in certain circumstances — for example, if a card is declined, if we suspect fraud, or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. We may also take reasonable steps to verify your identity in connection with an order, and may request additional information before completing a Transaction. Where VNOX does not process or cancels an order, we will not charge you, or we will refund any amount already charged for that specific order.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions are made using payment instruments permitted by VNOX, including EFT, SWIFT, cryptocurrency, and credit cards. You are solely responsible for any commissions, service fees, or other costs that arise from using your chosen payment method.

7. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Amounts are payable and charged as follows:

• Daily commission — charged based on your ad spend, at the time it is incurred;
• Monthly subscription — automatically renews for an additional period equal to the original term, until cancelled, using the Payment Information on file.

If no ad spend is made from your account during a billing period, you are not obligated to pay a daily commission fee for that period. You must cancel your monthly subscription before it renews to avoid being billed for the next period. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hi@vnoxmedia.com or via Telegram at @vnox_agency.

Fees already paid for your current Purchase period are non-refundable, and you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of that period, consistent with our Refunds Policy.

8. Changes to Pricing

VNOX reserves the right to change pricing for any Purchase at any time. We will notify you in advance of any pricing change before it takes effect. Pricing changes do not apply retroactively and will only apply to renewals occurring after the change has been communicated to you. If you do not agree with a pricing change, you may choose not to renew your Purchase.

9. Future Functionality

Your Purchase is not contingent on the delivery of any future features or functionality, and is not made in reliance on any marketing or announcements about features that may be added later.

10. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where you choose to pay using cryptocurrency, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this Purchase Policy:

• Accepted cryptocurrencies — VNOX accepts a limited set of cryptocurrencies, which may change at our discretion and will be specified during checkout;
• Transaction confirmation — a cryptocurrency payment is considered complete once it receives the necessary network confirmations on its blockchain. You are responsible for any associated network or miner fees;
• Country restrictions — cryptocurrency payments are not available where cryptocurrency is not recognized as a legal form of payment. By choosing this method, you confirm you are not violating any local law or regulation, and you accept full responsibility for any related legal or regulatory issues;
• Irreversibility — cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. You acknowledge this risk and agree that VNOX is not liable for disputes arising from the irreversible nature of these transactions, or from cryptocurrency price volatility;
• Refunds in cryptocurrency — where a refund is approved under our Refunds Policy, it will generally be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, valued at the USD equivalent at the time of that original payment, with any transaction or network fees borne by you.
